The Department of Economics and business development of Primorsky Krai invites representatives of small and medium-sized businesses to participate in a survey that will improve existing or introduce new measures to support SMEs.
This year, a regional project for the development of small and medium-sized businesses until 2024 was formed, for the implementation of which more than 650 million rubles will be allocated only in 2019. It includes the creation of a regional microfinance organization – and these are preferential loans worth up to 3 million rubles, leasing subsidies, the creation of a prototyping and co – working center-a place for beginning businessmen, the expansion of the list of free educational programs for entrepreneurs and other measures that help to create and develop business in Primorye.
At the moment, there have been changes in the regional legislation – from January 1, 2019 will be reduced tax rates on the simplified tax system for certain categories of new enterprises. Amendments to the law on urban development have already entered into force, which have reduced the procedures for connecting new buildings to utility and electric networks by almost two times. At the request of entrepreneurs, other administrative barriers are being gradually removed as part of the work to improve the investment climate in Primorye.
"We will continue this work - to make it easier and more accessible existing support measures and introduce new ones. At the same time, it is important for us to rely on the opinion and needs of entrepreneurs themselves, so that assistance from the state brings them maximum benefit, allows them to expand their business and open new companies. To do this, we call on representatives of small and medium - sized businesses to take part in our survey", - said the acting Director of the Department of economy and business development of Primorsky Krai Natalia naboychenko.
She added that the results of the survey Statute is the basis for further development of the regional SME development project until 2024, and will be taken into account by all regional business support institutions – export development Center, business support Center, Guarantee Fund and Investment Agency.
