The contours of houses in Vladivostok will not illuminate at night on weekdays in order to save, according to Vesti: Primorye, citing the press service of the administration of the capital of Primorye.
Architectural lighting, which from 2013 began to be gradually installed in different parts of the city, will now work only twice a week - on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, October 22, the lights did not light up at the usual time.
The lack of lighting was particularly noticeable from the viewpoint on the funicular - the contours of the buildings on Churkin are no longer reflected in the evening in the Golden Horn Bay. On weekdays, the lights on the houses that are visible from the Nekrasovsky overpass, on Zhigura, Kotelnikov, Balyaeva and Tolstoy, are no longer included.
